Free Acroyoga Festival for all. We will have classes both for adults and for families. Adult classes are all throughout the day, each day. If you would like to participate in a family class, please check the schedule as the different family classes are appropriate for different ages.
The free Acroyoga Festival is for everyone. Please help us spread the word about the festival and invite your friends!
The festival will be outside if the weather is great and inside if it is raining. This will be announced on this page during the week up to the festival.
ABOUT ACROYOGA
Acroyoga is a relatively new form of physical activity, which is becoming more and more popular in Denmark and around the world. Acroyoga combines elements from acrobatics, yoga and Thai massage. It is a playful activity where the involved participants can explore the countless options of balancing on another person!
There is an incredibly strong social community in the practice, where cooperation and the process of mutual development are in focus. Most people who try it, agree that it’s both a fun and efficient way of spending time together. Read more about acroyoga and the classes and workshops all around Denmark at https://akro.dk/.
Akroyoga København is a voluntary association that facilitates acroyoga in Copenhagen and organises weekly classes, drop-in training and more. At the festival, we offer a series of free workshops where everyone can come by and learn to play under the skillful guidance of inspiring teachers.

What to bring?
★ Clothes that are fit for moving.
☆ Clothes that can keep you warm and fit the weather.
★ For attending dinner Saturday, please bring food and your own plate and cutlery.
☆ Waterbottle and your own lunch. There will be a little sweet treat in the breaks, but not enough to keep you energised throughout the day.
★ You do not need a yoga mat or a regular training partner. Just come and join us.

Festivalen foregår udenfor, hvis vejret er godt, og indendørs, hvis det regner – dette vil blive meldt ud her på siden i ugen op til festivalen.
Gratis Akroyoga Festival for alle. Vi kommer til at have hold både for voksne og for familier. De voksnes hold kører hele dagen, begge dage. Hvis I gerne vil deltage på et familie-hold, så tjek gerne skemaet, da de forskellige familiehold er tiltænkt forskellige aldersgrupper.

OM AKROYOGA
Akroyoga er en forholdsvist ny bevægelsesform, som bliver mere og mere udbredt i Danmark og rundt omkring i verden. Akroyogakombinerer elementer fra akrobatik, yoga og thai-massage. Det er en legende og undersøgende træning, hvor man kan udforske mulighederne for at balancere med og på en anden person!

Akroyoga København er en frivillig forening, som faciliterer akroyoga i København og afholder ugentlige træning m.m. På festivalen tilbyder vi en række gratis workshops, hvor alle kan komme forbi og lære at lege under kyndig vejledning af inspirerende undervisere.

Hvad skal man have med?
★ Tøj som er let at bevæge sig i.
☆ Tøj til vejret, og som kan holde dig varm.
★ Til aftensmad lørdag, medbring gerne noget mad, tallerken og bestik.
☆ Vanddunk og din egen frokost. Der ville være lidt sødt til tanden I pauserne, men ikke nok til at holde dig kørende gennem dagen.
★
Man behøver ikke yogamåtte eller fast træningspartner. Bare kom og vær med.
