Join us for an English guided tour in Cisternerne, where we will take you through the unique architecture, history and most importantly the current exhibition, “Psychosphere” by Jakob Kudsk Steensen.

In “Psychosphere”, deep-sea volcanic landscapes come to life in a virtual interpretation. Fossils of long extinct sea lilies and ammonites appear alongside living fish species as well as an unknown synthetic form of life. The exhibition intertwines consciousness, movement and the ocean’s many forms of life with human technology and presence. Through the guided tour, some of the many aspects will be put into words.

The guided tour will take place as an introduction above ground, after which the exhibition can be experienced independently.

It is free to participate in the tour once the entrance fee has been paid. Registration in advance is not possible. Each tour has a maximum capacity of 30 people, and larger groups are advised to book a separate tour. We encourage you to arrive five minutes before the tour starts.
